The
Palisades @ E-City
Jackson, Miss. - October 12, 2003 - Fall 2004 will bring a higher standard
of on-campus living to Jackson State University with the unveiling of the
school's newest student apartment community, an amenities-rich playground
known as The Palisades @ E-City. Campus Advantage, an Austin-based firm specializing
in luxury student housing, has been selected to provide on-going property
management services.
The Palisades @ E-City will house grad students, faculty members and staff
of Jackson State and will have a uniquely-structured lease based on individual
liability. Because residents will have the freedom to lease bedrooms in individual
agreements, they will not be held responsible for their roommate's rent.
"The Palisades @ E-City will offer the freedom and sophistication of apartment
living, but will be tailor-made for the grad students, faculty and staff of
Jackson State University," said Michael Peter, president and CEO of Campus
Advantage. "The community will feature the most luxurious, state-of-the-art
lifestyle available on campus."
The Palisades @ E-City will have 144-units with 444 private bedrooms, each
equipped with a high-speed internet connection and phone connection. Spacious
living areas and fully-equipped kitchens with breakfast bars will be standard
in this luxury community. Bedrooms will be individually keyed for privacy.
Community amenities will be generous, including a pool and fitness center,
security systems, picnic areas, community clubhouse and a game room.

Management, where he managed a portfolio of multi-family properties worth
$40 million; and College Park Communities, where, as Vice President, he was

Coastal Village to Open Fall 2004
Ft. Myers, Fla. - October 16, 2003 - Coastal Village, LLC, the Naples-based
property development firm, has hired Campus Advantage to provide consulting,

one of only two off-campus student housing properties in Ft. Myers. TalkMedia

Coastal Village will serve three colleges and universities in the area, including
Florida Gulf Coast University, Edison Community College and International

offering the freedom of apartment-style living that is tailor-made for students.
Abundant with amenities, Coastal Village will feature 800 private, fully-furnished
bedrooms and baths, spacious community living areas, 24-hour on-site management,
a technology center and fitness center, a private pool, and a sport court
with volleyball and basketball.
