Campus Advantage brings its years of experience in property management, ownership, and development consulting to its new developments. We are seeking new student housing development opportunities across the United States on behalf of joint venture partners.

We can also add value to your development project as consultants through our extensive market and operational intelligence, as well as our knowledge from performing over 50 consulting projects for new student housing developments.

Ideal criteria for sites we are interested in acquiring:

Size:

Raw land or redevelopment with a minimum scope of 100 units or 400 beds

Markets:

University markets with over 8,000 full-time undergraduate students enrolled

Location:

Within two miles of university campus, with strong preference for locations within walking or biking distance to campus
