This service typically occurs during the pre-construction and construction/renovation stage of a property and includes personnel from the consulting, acquisition and development departments, with the oversight of executive and senior leadership.

The team members will meet with the developers, as well as architects and engineers to make suggestions upon the design and lay-out of various aspects of a proposed development.
