Chip Schell is a principal in the company and serves as Vice President of Operations, managing Campus Advantage's portfolio of student properties. Chip's broad-based property management experience, which spans 25 years, includes a talent for identifying problem areas in portfolios and developing action plans to boost financial performance and build value for owners and investors. During his career, Chip has held critical management positions in top real estate firms. Most recently, he was a Regional Vice President at College Park Communities, where during his career with the company, he was responsible for student properties totaling 15,475 beds in 14 different student markets. Schell has also held positions with Glenborough Realty Trust, Galesi Management, and Parkford Management where he was responsible for multi-site portfolios of up to 14 properties. Chip currently holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's License and an Iowa Broker's License.
