Chip Schell
Vice President of Operations

Chip Schell serves as Vice President of Operations for Campus Advantage. Chip possesses 21 years of experience in all aspects of property management. Portfolios under his direction have included multifamily, both student and conventional, office, industrial, and retail. He maintains a multifaceted degree of experience at all levels within the industry including maintenance, management, and multi-site management. Chip also has a strong history of identifying problems in troubled portfolios and implementing action plans to improve the financial position of properties.

As Vice President of Operations, Chip Schell manages Campus Advantage's portfolio of student properties. During his career, Chip has held critical management positions in top real estate firms. Most recently, he was a Regional Vice President at College Park Communities, where during his career with the company, he was responsible for student properties totaling 15,475 beds in 14 different student markets. Schell has also held positions with Glenborough Realty Trust, Galesi Management, and Parkford Management.

Chip has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin, held a position on the Board of Directors of BOMA-Austin from 1993 to 1994, and currently holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's License. Chip is also a current member of the Supervisor's Committee -Austin Apartment Association.
