Campus Advantage was chosen to take over management at College Station's largest student housing facility, the Tradition at Northgate. This was turn around project for Campus Advantage and one that was a tremendous success. Campus Advantage has had great success with repositioning properties. The Tradition at Northgate is no exception. We have affected an operational turnaround and the property enjoys a 100% occupancy.

The property is situated in the in the heart of the historic Northgate district, on the edge of the Texas A&M campus, and in the middle of student life in College Station. The Tradition at Northgate has everything a student would need in one community.
