Campus Advantage has been selected to replace the management at Centennial Commons. CA's main focus will be the turn around of the project. The property suffered financially since its opening in 2002. As the new management team, Campus Advantage has used its well known Residence Life program to facilitate the turn around of the property and achieve 100% occupancy for Fall 2005!

Campus Advantage will work with the owners of the property to assure that Centennial Commons will continue operating and to increase its residential appeal for students attending Joliet Junior College.
