The Commons and The View Properties Expand the Student Housing Leaders’ Management Portfolio

Located near the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, The Commons and The View tap into Campus Advantage’s successful management capabilities and services which result in a nearly 97% occupancy rate.

Also built in 2007, The View is an 84 unit, 336-bed property and is comprised of fully-furnished, four-bedroom units. Property amenities include a pool, fitness center, game room, business center & clubhouse.

Both properties are garden-style communities and located directly across the street from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke campus.
