AUSTIN, Texas — Campus Advantage, a leading student housing provider, today (June 25) announced the addition of Rosemary Whaling as vice president of communications and marketing to help continue its outstanding growth.
Year to date, Campus Advantage has added more than 3, 500 new beds to its considerable student housing portfolio. According to Student Housing Business, Campus Advantage is the 10th largest manager and 13th largest owner of student housing assets. Campus Advantage creates value for property owners and investors with its market-proven management processes and high student satisfaction that result in strong resident retention and occupancy rates.
