The CAmmies are presented to recognize outstanding performers in our company. In the spirit of celebration and recognition, Campus Advantage created “The CAmmies!” – our annual awards celebration.

Corporate Employee of the Year | Nomination
- Tenure: minimum of 12 months with Campus Advantage
- Fellow Corporate Staff Comments: How did employee participate in raising the Campus Advantage culture; participation in Campus Advantage teams or special project groups.
- Senior Staff Input
- Obstacles: Some consideration should be given for obstacles that employees have overcome. Working on new corporate initiatives, overcoming challenges, etc.
- Financial Success: Site any examples how the employee increased revenue for the company (if applicable)

Property of the Year (1 under 500 beds / 1 over 500 beds) | Nomination
- Tenure: minimum of 9 months under the Campus Advantage umbrella or a property that had no activity at the point Campus Advantage took over management
- Collections: Take the bad debt and divide by the total billed to determine who has the smallest percentage of bad debt write off
- Fall occupancy: Occupancy improvement from one year to the next, even if the improvement was from another management company.
- Revenue increase from one year to the next
- Financial performance versus budget.
- Customer Comments: Overall good/bad comments per property (percentage of beds). This criterion is more subjective until we get our “Applause” cards complete.
- Regional Input: Regional chooses which one of their properties was the best performing property. This is based on their site inspections.
- Obstacles: Some consideration should be given for obstacles that sites have overcome as well. A property does not necessarily have to be 100% to be property of the year. But with rare exceptions, they should be 90%, even 95% or better
- Owner Feedback: have we gotten any owner feedback on a site that would raise them to property of the year or eliminate them

General Manager of the Year | Nomination

Resident Director of the Year | Nomination
- Tenure: minimum of one semester under the Campus Advantage umbrella
- Programming Efforts: size, quality, and number of programs put on by this RD’s team.
- Corporate Involvement: Has the RD participated regularly in residence life conference calls and national trainings [if allowed by budget]
- Staff feedback: Have we received feedback from student staff or from GMs about this RD’s performance?
- Owner Feedback: have we gotten any owner feedback on a site that would raise them to property of the year or eliminate them
- Campus feedback: have we received any feedback from campus partners regarding this RD?

Maintenance Supervisor of the Year | Nomination
- Tenure: minimum of 9 months under the Campus Advantage umbrella
- Turn: Supervision and coordination success of turn or renovation of an existing community
- Budget: Knowledge of budget and financial goals of property
- Resident Comments: Resident feedback on maintenance team
- Staff Comments: Feedback from staff on performance
- Work Order Completion Percentage: Percent of closed work orders per month that they are submitted (i.e. closed 10 of 10 work orders submitted)

Leasing Manager of the Year | Nomination
- Tenure: minimum of 9 months under the Campus Advantage umbrella
- Challenges and obstacles he/she overcame
- Measurable Results (numbers/stats)

Onsite Accountant | Nomination

- Superior knowledge of accounting software
- Training: ability to train others in using software and keeping current on payables
- Feedback: Property Manager or Regional Manager nomination
