Campus Advantage Selected to Manage Baylor Student Housing Complex

Baylor University students now have a new luxury housing option with the development known as “The Union”. Located just six blocks from campus at 1410 James Street, this 54 unit community will house 120 students.

Other highlights of the community include contemporary leather furniture, stained concrete and wood flooring, second floor resort-style pool, and a full-sized washer and dryer in each unit. This place is going to be the best.” The grand opening for The Union will be August 2006 with some units available for summer 2006 occupancy.
