Michael Peter is a principal of Campus Advantage and serves as its President and CEO. Mike is responsible for all strategic planning and financial operations. He leads the initiation and development of investor and customer relationships, oversees all of the company's operations and implements Campus Advantage's business strategies. Mike also supervises the negotiation and finalization of contracts and agreements for Campus Advantage. He is responsible for initiating new and maintaining existing relationships with colleges, universities, private owners, and allied business partners. Mike co-founded Campus Advantage in response to an emerging need for a new approach to student housing. He uses his experience to create customized programs for schools and private owners looking for student housing management expertise.
