Michael
J. Peter
President
and CEO
Michael
Peter is a principal of Campus Advantage and serves
as its President and CEO. Mike is responsible
for all strategic planning and financial operations.
He leads the initiation and development of investor
and customer relationships, oversees all of the
company's operations and implements CA's business
strategies. Mike co-founded Campus Advantage
in response to an emerging need for a modern approach
to student housing. He uses his experience to
create customized programs for schools and private
owners looking for student housing management
expertise.
Mike
was a National Communications Coordinator (NCC)
for the National Association of College and University
Residence Halls (NACURH),
and is an active professional member of ACUHO-I,
National Multi Housing Council (NMHC)
and the National Association of College Auxiliary
Services (NACAS). Mike has a Bachelor of
Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin and
a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University
of Minnesota. He served in the U.S. Peace
Corps in the West Indies and is currently a board
member for the National Peace Corps Association.
Mike is also a member of the National Apartment
Association Student Housing Task Force.
