Gary Gibson is a principal of Campus Advantage and serves as the company's Executive Vice President and COO. Gary is ultimately responsible for supervising all operational activities for Campus Advantage. As a member of the senior leadership, Gary is an expert in all operational aspects of the development and acquisition of student housing facilities. He co-founded Campus Advantage, bringing real-world operational insight to all projects and assuring that asset management plans are positioned to succeed from the outset. Gary is also an expert on technical issues specific to the industry. His experience encompasses a broad student housing knowledge base beyond day-to-day operations, including dining services, renovations, capitol improvements, large-scale FF&E replacement, property assessment, and complex building systems/structures.
