Vice President of Professional Services

Scott manages a team of Analysts and Regional Managers who provide services ranging from initial feasibility studies, development design consulting, new property leasing & initial operations, and the transition of all new properties.  His group prepares RFP responses for universities and private firms, conducts due diligence for acquisitions, and prepares detailed Market Analyses for new developments.
